A Warm Blanket
‘A Warm Blanket’ came to me in a flood of words and images. I saw it as I wrote it and to this day, I consider it one of my finest moments in writing. Gratefully, others have also said as much.
Sweet Dreams
‘Sweet Dreams’ was originally written as an offering for a contest—among my literary friends—of Halloween scary tales. Truly, it is not your normal “fright-fest” that most Halloween tales are; yet, it has its own type of fear and dread held within it. This one is dark, folks.
The Ordeal
I cannot remember what I was watching on television the moment I conceived ‘The Ordeal’. I’m certain it was a news report about the perils of celebrity. This is my take on that very subject.
One Night In Hollywood
I was torn as to whether I should place this stand-alone short story under this category, or move it underneath ‘Valence of Infinity’, since it takes place in that reality and even references some of the same characters. In the end, I thought it best to let it speak for itself.

Valence Of Infinity
‘Valence of Infinity’ is a series of short stories and peeks into a reality where another race, once humans, walks in the shadows (and, sometimes even the light) alongside of us. Their lives are as storied and tragic and loving as ours; yet, to us humans they will always be seen as the monsters we know as vampires.

A Red Letter Day
‘A Red Letter Day’ takes place, also, in the reality of ‘Valence of Infinity’. It is only a prelude of sorts to a new adventure and will most likely, eventually, be moved under the VoI header.
The Ghosts Have Gone The Way Of The Dinosaur
GHGWD is an experiment cut abruptly short. Perhaps I will continue on at some point. For now, it stands as a reminder of possibility. Nothing more, nothing less.
